A $250.00 Withdrawl Fee applies to ANY horse pulled from the sale, unless you have valid Vet Letter stating your horse has become sick or injured.

ALL COGGINS HAVE TO BE DONE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVE AT OUR FACILITY.
All horses sold must have a current coggins dated within ONE YEAR by Sale day!! If you are having a fresh coggins test done, you do not need to attach here, it just MUST BE ACCURATE AND DONE by sale check in. Only original yellow coggins or color copy global vet link coggins will be accepted. BOTH WHICH HAVE TO BE PROVIDED ON SALE DAY IN OUR HANDS AND BE THE ORIGINAL COPIES. ABSOLUTLEY NO PRINTED COPIES, PICTURES OR SCREENSHOTS. WE DO NOT PRINT COGGINS AT OUR SALE. IF YOU HAPPEN TO NOT HAVE YOURS PRINTED, WE CAN PRINT THEM FOR A CHARGE OF $20.OO A PIECE
HEALTH PAPER:

We require all horses to have a CURRENT 30 DAY HEALTH PAPER.
We CAN NOT ACCEPT a health paper that has not been done within 30 days of the sale date. Meaning if you got your health paper done 4 months before the sale, then it is not current. You would have to get another one that is current through our sale date. VERY IMPORTANT- MAKE SURE THAT IF YOUR VET DOES A DIGITALIZED SYSTEM THAT WHEN IT IS PRINTED THAT THEIR VET SIGNATURE IS ON IT. (sometimes this will be on the last page or the back of a double sided page, it easily gets misplaced, so double check) I would also double check the vet has signed on a carbon copy as well. BOTH TYPES OF HLTH PAPERS HAVE TO BE THE ORIGINAL COPY AND HAVE TO BE PROVIDED TO US ON SALE CHECKIN. ABSOLUTLEY NO PRINTED COPIES, PICTURES OR SCREENSHOTS. WE DO NOT PRINT HEALTH PAPERS AT OUR SALE. HORSE PHOTO AND VIDEO INFO:
​PHOTOS- We want to be able to advertise your horse on our online platforms at their very best. That means GOOD QUALITY PHOTOS. We promise this makes a huge difference. You want to get your horse clean as possible, standing steal, ears forward, pictures with saddle on and off. Below we have added a good example of what we are asking for. If we feel like your pictures aren’t going to advertise your horse to their best, we will reach out to see if you could provide us with some more. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE WILL NOT BE ADVERTISING YOUR HORSE UNTIL WE HAVE PICTURES. The reason for this is bc the buyers are going to immediately ask for pictures if we were to post with out them. It makes it a lot easier for all us.​
VIDEOS-We now require all videos to be uploaded to a youtube link in order to post your videos. This makes it so much easier for potential buyers to be able to view and see what your horses capabilities are. Good video footage of your horse will really catch the buyers eye, so make sure to upload a decent time video.
